Quick facts on Pixmania

At first look, the name Pixmania conjures images of photo and video equipment; yet there is far more. Compare this to walking into the internet version of a electronics super store. Immediately you find yourself looking at cameras, camcorders and televisions. This is expected, but then you find home appliances, video games, computing items, GPS and Satnav equipment. Looking around you see wireless phones, cordless phones, computer accessories and printers, PDA’s, and even small appliances for the home! Don’t forget new Home and Garden section up there in the tabs. It’s next to the Photo Printing and Services tabs.

While we’re up in the Tabs notice how easily coordinated the site really is. It looks big, but it isn’t that hard to navigate. There’s a FAQ page under the “Home” tab if you have a question or get lost. Going down the right side of the page, you see their phone number if you want to call; there is the “log in” box for people with a Pixmania membership. Right down the page is the drop down box to find accessories. Just below is another helper box where you can find items for the printer. Pick from a number of brands and then pick the item you use. The rest is point, click, buy.

Don’t let the name fool you. Once you start looking around you’ll find the camera; but also the vacuum cleaner, the mixer, the phones, and the tables and chairs. Did we mention the kitchen scale at all?
