Accor Hotels Employees Benefit from E-Learning
Accor Hotels in Ireland and the United Kingdom announced that they have made a partnership with ThirdForce that will provide the Accor Hotels chain with e-learning outlets that are related to health and food safety, as well as the discrimination and disability act. The new solution is anticipated to reach all of the 4,500 staff of the hotel chain at the many 120 locations throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom. Accor Hotels is one of the largest chains across the globe. They have over 4,000 hotels around the world and are the employer of over 140,000 people. They have not mentioned any expansion of the e-learning program for hotels outside of Ireland and the United Kingdom yet.
Philip Addison, the Human Resources Director at Accor Hotels, said that they are proud to work with ThirdForce, because they have provided a training solution of high quality that puts their employees at the core of learning. In order to cater to the needs of their whole workforce, he continued, they are putting the 3 courses into effect in English, Portuguese and Polish. Their aim is to be the organization with the best organized, informed, trained and well motivated people, he added.
Marco Faccini, the Account Director for ThirdForce’s Hotel & Leisure section, said that working with Accor Hotels, of whom is a company that has a great mindset, has been one of his personal goals for 6 years, as well as compliments the company’s hotel client portfolio. They look forward to working closely with Accor Hotels, he continued, exchanging ideas while evolving together during the coming years.
