Policyholders Advocate says Everyone will be Pleased with Norwich Union Deal
Saturday, August 9th, 2008The policyholders of Norwich Union will have made a good deal pending that the decision of the company to hand over 1 billion pounds is accepted by the judges of the high court, says Claire Spottiswoode, the advocate of the policyholders. The pensions and life provider searched for the reattribution of their inherited estate to save future profit build ups for the inherited estate of the company, even though the policyholders can refuse the payouts, averaging 1,000 pounds per person, and claim a future distribution share of the estate.
