If you are looking for a 32” flat screen LCD television and have been spending hours and hours looking and comparing all the different features and styles then the Panasonic Viera TX 32” LXD 70 is the one for you. It’s a tough decision to make when you are just about to part with your hard earned cash. For the price there is only really two choices, the Sony bravia and the Panasonic. From all the research we did the Panasonic pips the Sony for picture quality and features, Which magazine also recommends the Panasonic.

Some people still buy the Sony, why? well because it’s Sony and everybody has an unfound loyalty to Sony. In my opinion the Sony’s shiny plastic distracts me when I’m watching anything as it generates so many reflections, the red massive glowing on off button also annoys me. The Panasonic is made from matt plastic so doesn’t suffer from such issues. What it lacks in a flashy exterior it makes up for in picture quality and features. It doesn’t dominate the room and looks sophisticated. If you are thinking of buying a larger screen but have a small living room I would say get this TV. Large 42” screens look ugly in some people’s rooms, and if you are sitting close to the TV, the picture looks really bad unless you are watching a hi-def broadcast or DVD.
